Update to the Blog:

Currently, West Co. is involved in two Multi-family apartment jobs in Tampa, and St. Petersburg, FL.  We’re working With Camden Development for these jobs.  Total renovation of exterior at Camden Lakes, which includes 46 buildings plus Clubhouse.  At Camden Preserve, we are doing complete renovation of exterior stucco, replacing with new windows and balconies.  This job is approximately 320 units, with construction to last 8 months.

Update on Jack Jr. license: Still working hard.

West Co. where quality doesn’t cost extra!

As of Mid-March we have received two letters of intent from two very reputable company s!

Our first job is in Norfolk,VA and includes 148 units, with Clubhouse and amenities . We should be expecting to start in June 2010.  Our second job is located in Lumberton, NC, working on 44 units. We will be starting this job very soon, hopefully at the beginning of April!

Also My son is currently studying to recieve his GC license, and were all very proud of him!
